«Banderas Blues Band» is one of the brightest and diverse blues bands in postsoviet space, that is representative of Kyiv, Moscow and Kharkiv blues stage at the same time. Musicians of the best level have always played and are playing now in «Banderas Blues Band». Volodymyr Banderas is the leader of the band, laureate of the festival “Chervona ruta” – 1997, he revealed himself in many styles and tendencies of contemporary music. But his best talent was revealed in blues, he is a real bluesman with slender singing, bright stage appearance and own guitar sound. Due to his explosive temper he captures the audience from the first chords, singing the songs in different languages and accompanying guitar and harmonica.
Banderas has powerful and unique timbre of voice, which charms the audience, absorbing all attention to the stage. Banderas says :”When my friend told me the following words: “the more you give, the more you get”, I remembered that phrase, because it’ really true. I feel that after every concert.” Vocalist Volodymyr Banderas has recently become participant of the show “Voice of the country 2” and joined Valeriya’s team.
